Leveling Guides for World of Warcraft

Here’s a fundamental WoW Leveling Guide.

Always play your character rested. Rested characters get double experience points (XP) from defeating any monsters that you encounter. By building up your toon’s rested bonus to the maximum level over a couple of days, you could potentially finish quite a few quests and gain the double XP bonus the whole time. So remember, the rested bonus is your friend. Why waste time if you don’t have to?

Stick to green quests. They give the best bang for the buck and are simple to perform. By doing quests above green you will find that you will die a few times in the process if you are mobbed by several monsters at a time. Your armor will undergo more damage, and that means more time wasted while you dash back to a town to repair.

When leveling up, steer clear of instances. Running instances doesn’t get you the same amount of experience as just running quests. It is tempting for some of the items, but it is slower.

Cluster quests together. Every time you go into a new area, try to grab as many new quests as possible. Scan through the quest details and try to cluster together as many quests that are in the same direction at one time. This will save you tons of time running from one end of the zone to the other trying to complete quests.

Travel to other zones. If you have completed all the easier quests in your own race’s zones, do not be afraid to travel to another part of the continent or even to the other continent to aim at those easy green quests. You will find that the extra XP from completing so many quests quickly will turn you into a power leveler in no time.
