House Party Two: Uninspired continuation has Baby Reid heading off to college-if he might just keep on to the money his temple assembly has brought up to send him there. Reid is still appealing, but this splintered film has little to offer, regardless of its communal awareness meteoric and get a learning “message.” Cast includes Christopher Reid, Christopher Martin, Eugene Allen, George Anthony Bell, and William Schatner. (94 minutes, 1991)
Blade Trinity: The vampires are resurrecting Dracula. When Dracula finally arrives he has an ability other vampires don’t have. He can walk in daylight. A battle rages between man and vampire. Blade eventually finds that he is pitted against legendary Dracula.
The Priests Wife: Hardly amusing blend of tirade and humor with Loren as disenchanted singer who imagines she could persuade pastor Mastroianni to acquire discharge from his promise of celibacy and wed her. Weightier addressing of topic might be heard on stereo chat shows; film appears laid out barely as car for 2 megastars. Cast includes Sophia Loren, Marcello Mastroianni, Venantino Venantini, Jacques Stany, Pippo Starnazza, and Augusto Mastrantoni. (106 minutes, 1971)
The Little Vampire: A 9-year-old California schoolboy moves to Scotland and makes buddies with a 9-year-old vampire who sucks him into his planet and shows him the time of his life. Lipnicki is cute as unconditionally, although Weeks robs the show as his vampire buddy. Cast includes Jonathan Lipnicki, Richard E. Permit, Alice Krige, Anna Popplewell, Jim Carter, John Wood, Pamela Gidley, and Rollo Weeks. (96 minutes, 2000)
Hitch: Alex Hitchens is a profession hook up man. He helps men succeed with the women of their dreams, for a fee. He eventually meets the woman of his dreams. Will she love him when she learns who he really is?
Fletch Lives: Fletch is off to Louisiana for a little adventure. He has inherited an estate property from his dead aunt. He meets a young female lawyer in the small town, and after they spend the night together she winds up dead in his bed. Now Fletch finds himself in a serious investigation.
The Deep 6: Ladd is Quaker naval officer throughout WW2 who remunerates for past non-action by heading treacherous beach mission; Bendix gives willing aid. Cast includes Alan Ladd, Dianne Foster, William Bendix, Keenan Wynn, James Whitmore, Efrem Zimbalist, and Joey Bishop. (105 minutes, 1958)
