In high school, the guidance counselor may have offered you a listing of various careers and required you to inventory the five careers that excited you most.
It is completely different once you are caught in a occupation that you do not enjoy very much. The bills are paid but you must ask yourself what you are doing with your life. Take a new look at that list of various careers or develop a fresh one.
If you could do whatever you want to do and be paid for it, what would you prefer to do? That is the basic step to “finding your bliss”, as Joseph Campbell would say. Dream big and plan your path to your objective in little steps.
With your inventory of several careers in front of you, candidly appraise your talent and capability. Transformation many times involves risk of some nature. Think about your opportunities in detail and do not permit alarm of losing what you have to hinder all the amazing things you could get from deciding a different course.
The career you would like may mean that you go back to school. You do not have to quit your current job to do that. Nearly all of the alternatives on your list of various careers can be accomplished through distance education.
Are there some items from your listing of assorted careers that hit you as markedly meaningful? If you qualified to be a psychologist or automotive technician, would your workday be overflowing with added purpose and a sense of achievement?
